pigs to ducks

so the Lady Pig has moved on the cute little ducklings. but i'm guessing it's only going to be a temporary phase.

the dear ladies of slamuryl phitrol, plus a tall terence, took me out for sushi yesterday. but it turned out to be more than just sushi. there was an cute little almond cake! (for photos, refer to sam or carol's blog. they are sure to post up photos.) a little advance birthday celebration. how sweet of them! dear terence led in the robust and loud singing of the birthday song. pleasantly embarrassing. cheryl made a little photo-poster, capturing all our fond memories, so that i could hang it up on a wall in my apartment when i am there. thank you guys! even though i was feeling a little under the weather (carol i pray you haven't caught my germs and fallen ill) the little retail therapy that we had did quite a bit in perking me up.

hopefully the almost-whole gang will get to meet up again before i fly. stupid chong-u, why must you go to msia for so long??
