too fast too soon..

well today was the first day of the finals of the nationals.just wanna say good swim to all those who swam today,especially to those who won themselves some medals!i can honestly say if there's anything i'll miss when i get out of acjc,it's the swim team.just the care-free sensation i get whenever the team spends an afternoon together having lunch or just sitting under the hot sun waiting for people to cheer for.all the jokes and laughter.the retarded-ness and lame statements.the nonsensical things that we sometimes do.the gibberish some always utters.we're a pretty mad bunch actually.like take today for example,bobo mich tanlong sandhya wanted to warm down and gan wanted to swim cos he say weather very hot after the session this afternoon.i don't know how it happened but kenneth fang,gary,brandon,rach and i ended waiting for the whole lot of them which in the end included rhys and bernard too.rach was there cos she came to help the new councillors in cheering and we ended up talking.boy did we have lots of catching up to do!anyway,so by the time everyone showered and was ready to go,we realised that only three to four of the whole lot was going for dinner.the rest were going home.so basically the whole lot of us waited for each other for..no reason at all!that's not the worse.when we eventually crossed the bridge to go to the mrt,i dont' know why but the whole lof of us stood outside macs and started talking and joking around for a good fifteen minutes!when someone brought up the fact that we weren't moving,we just strolled to outside courts and stopped to joke again for another fifteen minutes!what were we doing?!i have no clue.rach said that we were quite mad.

talking to rach today made me realise i haven't really set aside time for my really close friends.but i also realised how fortunate to have friends like them.people like rach,guan and seah.because of committments and stuff,we've never really talked as much as before.but the amazing thing is we don't have to see each other everyday,call or speak to each other everyday and we can still be the closest of friends!and i think that's really special.rach knows what's on my mind before i even need to say it out.guan knows what i need and what i can do without.seah is my little conscience. =) aren't i the luckiest girl around?

my lucky sis managed to get hold of FREE good charlotte tix!she's still not back.the wierdest thing is,she wore my fav pair of white heels to the concert.never mind that it's my fav pair of white heels,never mind that she didn't ask me before taking them,but why in the world would you wear heels to a good charlotte concert?!isn't there gonna be jumping and dancing?!my poor heels.she'd better bring it home in one piece.but she deserves this day out.she did really well today!third!and she was seeded sixth but she came in third!she was so happy.i was so happy!!job well done lil' sis!

tomorrow andre's gonna give me a pressie from msia.it's a little windchime!i want to see how it looks like.whether it's cute or not.thank you again andre for the windchime and my chewing gum!! =) tomorrow's the last day of finals.too fast too soon..
