the end

it's over.it's officially over.my term in swimming is finished.i'm done with my duties and it's time to hand them down to the next batch of comm members.to the new comm members,take your post seriously for you were not put into positions of authority by mere chance or popularity vote.these posts were given to you through serious thought and considerations.all for the better of the team!yay!

the swim team was given the day off today.and what a day we had!i think we were the only CCA group who actually spent the first three hours of our off-day in school!well we were at the pool playing polo and cone polo and basically relaxing at the pool.as if we hadn't had enough of the swimming pool already.like mr mark ng mentioned,it doesn't really matter where you spend your off day,as long as you spend it with your team mates and with people you care about.and i can honestly say,everyone had fun.to allingai jwong and chris,hope your chinese oral went a-ok!to gary and gan,all the best for yours tomorrow!

the later half of the off day was spent in holland v for lunch and then town for entertainment!!i think it's an ac swim team tradition to at least spend time playing lan together as a team.for three years in a row,the whole team managed to do just that.this year was no different.we played lan til about four and as if that wasn't enough,we progressed to one floor up [we were at cine] to the..arcade!!wooohooo!daytona rocks!and bobo got totally thrashed by moi!!nanni-nanni-poo-poo!air hockey is also super fun!the reigning pair,mich and nana!we totally slaughtered the guys!

after arcade we all proceeded to level one of cine and we did that THING again.we spent a good half and hour standing outside subway,by the escalator,just chatting!!bobo and i saw a certain someone with his other half.sneaky sneaky.after that half an hour of just standing and chatting,we went and sit at the food court and waited til the rain stopped pouring.then we headed to lucky plaza for pool,gary fang bobo ming natasha terry and me.but ming terry and natasha had to leave shortly so left who,you can eliminate for yourself.that pool session was totally whacked!utter madness!i think we made the most noise there.but it was seriously hilarious.of course there were some cool shots made by the three amigos.me?i..er..cannot play pool to save me life.so horrible at it.anyway,dinner was cheap and good.$2.80 for a good bowl of wanton mee.recommendation by mr scary gary yong.at graffiti in annex.

all in all,it was a good off day.probably the last day i'll ever truly enjoy myself for a long long time.not til the end of a levels at least.yikes.thinking of which,there's school tomorrow.so not looking forward to it.totally dreading it.
