So forget the clones, the robots are now marching in! Art has made it mandatory to watch A.I. and has us evisioning what our world would be like 50 years down the road, with robots parading our streets and maybe even controlling us instead of the vice versa. These conjured futures are not exactly all roses and pansies. It's pretty scary. But then again, totally abstract.
Do I really think that robots will some day take over the world? Do I really think that one day robots will stop mimicking us humans and somehow acheive 'humanity'? Aish, what I really think is 50 years down the road, I will be 70 years old (gasp!). Hopefully, I would be dead or nearing death by then and I would probably be some old senile woman stuck at home with lots of cats for company. So really, I would probably not be at all bothered with all these robotic mambo-jumbo. I'd probably be cursing and swearing at them, being all grumpy and everything.
So many probably's. Nothing's really for sure anymore.
By the way, some genius predicted that half of the US would be wiped out by some catastrophic event in 2024 (it's either a comet, a volcano or a tsunami, pick one). So please, any plans you might have for that year, please hold them in another country across the world. Save yourselves. Haha.
