ebay

so lately ebay and i have developed this love-hate relationship.

i love it because of all the amazing deals you can find. nine west shoes going for $7! gorgeous ankle boots for $9! or a chloe lookalike for $19.

but just when you thought you found the most perfect deal, you realise that it's nine whole days til the auction ends. so you make a bid, keeping your fingers crossed, hoping with every bit of your soul that no one would outbid you.

i hate it because nine days later, you realise that not only has someone else outbid you, they've put up a price way more than what you were willing to pay for. so i've spent the past nine days fantasizing of how i was going to look in that new dress or shoes only to be so disappointed.

and then there's the fear of having my bank account number being stolen. i've been going around asking everyone i know if paypal was reliable. so far, almost everyone says it is. but i still have my doubts.

just so you know, the only thing i've won on ebay are dashed dreams. hahahaha.
