daddy's girl!!

i love my dad tonnes!!he's the coolest..ever!here's why.

i just found out today that my dad took part in an interview held by the MOE for soon-to-be retiring naval officers.hey!my dad's not old.he's only 47 yrs old k.this interview is to give these retiring officers a second job.as a vice-principal.kinda like the new guy vice-principal at ACJC.he only takes care of the admin part of school.the rationale is that these soon-to-be retiring naval officers have been handling tactical strategies and admin stuff in the ministry of defence that their experience would greatly help the education in Singapore.and because you retire earlier if you're in the ministry of defence,what better way to make full use of these talents than to do this!

anyway,turns out,my old man's the only one in the naval department to make it to the second round of interviews.how cool is that!!it's tomorrow.i'm sooooo proud of him!go daddy go daddy,it's your birthday!it's your birthday!yeah!

i've finished my six-month relief teaching term at BLSS.i'm sure gonna miss those rascals.taking my mom's place in her before-and-after-school care centre sure is no fun.it's sooooo boring and mundane.and the hours are so long.but i guess i am obliged to do it.after all,it is my mom's pride and joy.i told my mom she's really paying me to do nothing (well not really nothing),she says she still needs me there.there's this little boy there,his name is Elmer.he's sooooo adorable!!and his vocab is so powerful.you should see him.i just wanna hug him and pinch his cheeks!haha.kid's say the darnest things.
